Vicinity Centres is an Australia-based property groups with a fully integrated asset management platform. The principal activity of the Company includes property investment, property management, property development, leasing, and funds management. The Company operates through two segments: Property Investment, and Strategic Partnerships. The Property Investment segment includes investment properties held directly and those that are held through equity-accounted entities. The Strategic Partnership segment includes fee income from property management, development, leasing, and management of wholesale property funds. The Company operates in approximately 61 retail assets under the management.
