It is engaged in the sale of goods for immediate consumption, road transportation fuel and other products through company-operated and franchised stores. The Company operates its convenience store chain under various banners, including Circle K, Couche-Tard, Holiday, Ingo and Mac's. It operates approximately 14,200 stores, 10,800 of which offer fuel for road transport. The Company sells tobacco products and alternative tobacco products, beer, wine, beverages, fresh food offerings, including quick service restaurants, candy and snacks and grocery items. In Europe, it offers convenience store and road transportation fuel retail in the Scandinavian countries, namely Norway, Sweden and Denmark; in the Baltic countries, such as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ireland.
