CCL Industries Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is primarily involved in the manufacturing of labels, consumer printable media products, technology-driven label solutions, polymer banknote substrates and specialty films. The Company operates through four segments CCL, Avery, Checkpoint and Innovia. The CCL segment is a converter of pressure sensitive and specialty extruded film materials for a range decorative, instructional, functional and security applications. The Avery segment supplies labels, specialty converted media and software solutions. The Checkpoint segment manufactures technology-driven loss-prevention, inventory-management and labeling solutions, including radio frequency and radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions, to the retail and apparel industry. The Innovia segment supplies specialty, multi-layer, surface engineered biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films from facilities in Australia, Belgium, Mexico, Poland and the United Kingdom.
