Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is a Canada-based company, which operates through a range of businesses. The Company operates through three segments: Retail, Financial Services, and CT REIT. The Retail segment includes business, which is conducted under a number of banners, including Canadian Tire, Canadian Tire Gas (Petroleum), Mark’s, PartSource, Helly Hansen, Party City1 and various SportChek banners. This segment also includes the Dealer Loan Program. The Financial Services segment provides financial and other ancillary products and services, including Triangle-branded consumer credit cards, in-store financing, insurance products, and retail and broker deposits. In addition, Financial Services segment provides payment processing services to the Company's retail banners. The CT REIT segment operates as a closed-end real estate investment trust. This segment owns, develops and leases income-producing real estate properties across Canada.
