CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, formerly CapitaLand Mall Trust, is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of the Trust is to invest, directly or indirectly, in real estate, which is income producing and is used or primarily used for commercial purposes, including retail and/or office purposes, located primarily in Singapore. The Trust's retail portfolio includes Bedok Mall, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, 90 out of 91 strata lots in Bukit Panjang Plaza, Clarke Quay, IMM Building, JCube, Junction 8, Lot One Shoppers' Mall, Tampines Mall and Westgate. Its office portfolio includes Asia Square Tower 2, Capital Tower, CapitaGreen, Six Battery Road, 21 Collyer Quay, Gallileo and Main Airport Center. Its integrated development portfolio includes Funan, Plaza Singapura, The Atrium@Orchard, Raffles City Singapore and CapitaSpring. The Trust's investment manager is CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited.
