Its properties include Alexandria Center for Life Science South San Francisco; Alexandria Center for Life Science San Carlos, and Alexandria Center for Life Science Long Island City. Its asset base consisted of approximately 36.7 million and rentable square feet of operating properties and 3.4 million rentable square feet of Class A properties undergoing construction, 7.7 million rentable square feet of near-term and intermediate-term development and redevelopment projects, and 10.3 million feet of future development projects
