CNA Financial Corporation is an insurance holding company. The Company’s segments include Specialty, Commercial, International, Life & Group and Corporate & Other. Specialty segment provides management and professional liability and other coverages through property and casualty products and services using a network of brokers, independent agencies and managing general underwriters.
