Central Pattana Public Company Limited (Central Pattana) is a Thailand-based company. The Company develops and invests in retail property for rent consisting of large-scale shopping complexes and other related and supportive businesses. In addition, the Company acts as a property and (Real Estate Investment Trust) REIT manager. It invests in CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG) and CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT (CPNREIT). The Company operates six business units, which includes shopping center, office building, hotel, residential project, food centers, investment in property fund and REIT. Central Pattana owns and operates two hotels: Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udonthani and Hilton Pattaya Hotel. The Company's subsidiaries include Central Pattana Rama 2 Co., Ltd., Central Pattana Chiangmai Co., Ltd., Central Pattana Rattanathibet Co., Ltd., CPN Village Co., Ltd., Suanlum Property Co., Ltd., and Central Food Avenue Co., Ltd., among others.
