Clean Harbors, Inc. is a provider of environmental and industrial services throughout North America. The Company is also engaged in re-refining and recycling used oil, and provides parts cleaning and related environmental services to commercial, industrial and automotive customers. The Company operates through two segments, which include Environmental Services and Safety-Kleen. Its Environmental Services segment collects, transports, treats and disposes hazardous and non-hazardous waste, which include resource recovery, physical treatment, fuel blending, incineration, landfill disposal, wastewater treatment, lab chemical disposal, explosives management and CleanPack services. Its Safety-Kleen segment offers parts washers to the customer locations and then delivers recurring service that includes machine cleaning and maintenance, and disposal and replacement of clean solvent or aqueous fluids. It also sells automotive and industrial cleaning products.
