The Company operates through segments: Merchant Solutions (Merchant), Banking Solutions (Banking), Capital Market Solutions (Capital Markets) and Corporate and Other. The Merchant segment is focused on serving merchants, enabling them to accept electronic payments, including card-based payments, contactless card and mobile wallet, at a physical point of sale, as well as card-not-present payments in eCommerce and mobile environments. The Banking segment is focused on serving financial institutions with core processing software, transaction processing software and applications and services. The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients with an array of buy- and sell-side solutions.
