Kimco Realty Corporation is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and operates of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets. The Company is specialized in shopping center acquisitions, development, management, and operation of open-air shopping centers, which are anchored generally by discounters, grocery stores, and service-oriented tenants.The Company has interests in approximately 545 United States shopping center properties comprising 93.7 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA), located in approximately 29 states. The Company has 58 other property interests, primarily through the company’s preferred equity investments and other investments, comprising 6.3 million square feet of GLA. The Company's properties include 10-Federal S.C, 1934 West Gray, 1935 West Gray, 1939 West Gray, 2200 Westlake Retail, 2424 Hylan Boulevard, 280 Metro Center, 580 Market Place, 8000 Sunset Strip S.C., Accent Plaza and Adams Plaza.
