Company Description

Option Care Health, Inc. is a provider of home and alternate site infusion services. The Company provides infusion therapy and other ancillary health care services through a national network of approximately 97 full-service pharmacies. It contracts with managed care organizations, third-party payers, hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources to provide pharmaceuticals and complex compounded solutions to patients for intravenous delivery in the patients’ homes or other nonhospital settings. The Company's infusion services include the clinical management of infusion therapy, nursing support and care coordination. The Company administers a range of therapies and services, including anti-infectives infusion, heart failure, chronic inflammatory disorders, immunoglobulin infusion, bleeding disorders infusion, nutrition support infusion, neurological disorders, women’s health and more.
