US Foods Holding Corp. is a food company and a foodservice distributor. The Company, through its subsidiary, US Foods, Inc. (USF) operates in one business segment in which it markets and distributes fresh, frozen, and dry food and non-food products to foodservice customers throughout the United States. These customers include independently owned single and multi-unit restaurants, regional concepts, national restaurant chains, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels and motels, country clubs, Government and military organizations, colleges and universities and retail locations. The Company offers approximately 400,000 fresh, frozen, and dry food stock-keeping units (SKUs), as well as non-food items, sourced from approximately 6,000 suppliers. The Company maintains a network of approximately 70 distribution facilities. The Company's product categories include meats and seafood, dry grocery products, refrigerated and frozen grocery products, dairy, and beverage products.
